You must have weekend availability to be considered. Retail experience is necessary and a knowledge or interest in curly hair and hair products would be invaluable!

As a small business, we all pitch in where we are needed. Your main role will be helping customers in our store, but we welcome and require your assistance with other tasks during busy times.

Main Duties:

- Listening to customers' needs and making recommendations for products that would suit their hair (training will be provided).

- Answering questions about curl styling techniques and hair care in general.

- Providing guidance on caring for curly hair.

- Putting sales through the till (Shopify POS), including handling cash and counting change.

- Ensuring the store looks neat and presentable at all times.

Ideally, you:

- Are a people person who loves helping customers find what they need

- Have experience with curly hair and curly hair products 

- Like an active job where you are on your feet for a large part of the day

- Have some retail/sales experience

- Want to be part of a small, committed team

- Are an efficient communicator with both customers and staff.
