Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your spam, junk mail, or Promotions folder if the confirmation is not in your inbox. If you accidentally entered your email address incorrectly at checkout, please email us at hello@curlwarehouse.com so we can update your contact information.

Orders can be changed within 24 hours of being placed. Please email us at hello@curlwarehouse.com with your order number or forward us your order confirmation and indicate what you would like us to change.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Shipping & Delivery

Our processing time is 3-5 business days. The shipping option chosen at checkout does not impact our processing time.

If you need your order in a hurry, we recommend selecting Priority Processing prior to check out. This guarantees that your order will be shipped out from our warehouse on the following business day.

Shipping transit time is based on your location.

Once Curl Warehouse has handed your order off to a courier or delivery service, we do not have any further information regarding delivery times than what is shown on your tracking page.

Western Canada: 1-3 business days

Eastern Canada: 4-12 business days

Mainland USA: 1-9 business days

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us so that we can start an investigation with the shipping company.

Shipping costs are determined by your order weight, dimensions, and your location. All shipping costs shown at checkout are real-time, calculated rates and are the amounts we are charged to ship your order. Curl Warehouse does not make money on shipping your items.

Orders over $120 ship for free within Canada and the USA. Orders that ship for free will be sent in the most economical way based on your location. If you would prefer that we use a specific shipping company, please select this option at checkout instead of free shipping.

If you are in Calgary you can pick up your order for free at our warehouse location at 526 42 Ave SE. Please select "pick up" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready to be collected.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all purchases over $120 before tax and after discounts.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Curl Warehouse staff do not have access to your payment information. The payment processor takes the payment and passes it on to us.

For online purchases, we accept payments from major credit card companies like Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer Sezzle for installment payments.

In store, we greatly appreciate it if you choose to pay cash or debit! This ensures more of your money is spent on things like staff salaries, rent, and more amazing inventory, and less is paid out in credit card transaction fees. They are significantly higher than debit card processing fees.

We are unable to take payment over the phone for any purchases.

Yes, you can order online and select pick up at checkout to pick up in store. All orders completed online for pick up will be charged at the time the order is made.

If you'd prefer, you are welcome to stop in and shop in store if you'd rather not order online.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy return policy is active for 14 days from the date your package is marked as received based on your tracking information or your in-store purchase date. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. 

We do not offer exchanges except for items purchased in - or returned to - our store location. Exchanges are not offered for orders that must be shipped to the recipient. We can do an exchange in store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Seals or safety caps must not be broken or removed.

Note that items that are on clearance sale (i.e., out of season or no longer being carried) and Bumped & Bruised products are final sale.

We do not accept returns of used products. If a product is returned to a store, it is thrown in the garbage. The process of trying a product and returning it used is responsible for thousands of pounds of garbage added to the landfill every year. We encourage our customers to try travel sizes first, if possible, or email us at products@curlwarehouse.com for customized product recommendations prior to purchasing. While we can't guarantee a product that we recommend will work perfectly for you, it often helps avoid purchasing products that may not be the right fit for your hair type.

If a product is not to your liking, you can try selling it to another curly person on one of the several Canadian curly buy/sell/trade groups on Facebook. Chances are someone else will be happy to take it off your hands!

Products that have been used are not eligible for any refund.

If you are shipping an item back to Curl Warehouse, please email us at hello@curlwarehouse.com to let us know of the incoming return. 

Your return must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date. We require a copy of your order receipt or order number to process your return.

Any items received in used condition will not be refunded. Returns initiated outside the 14 day window will be issued a gift card for the value of the item.

If an entire order is returned, the original shipping cost of your order will not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund if your order was originally over our free shipping threshold.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

No. Curl Warehouse does not cover the cost of shipping for items you wish to return.

No. If your original order had a shipping charge, you will not receive that as part of your refund for your entire order. Only products will be refunded.

If your order was initially shipped for free, we will deduct the original shipping cost of your order from your refund.

The cost of shipping your purchase has already been paid to the shipping company when we sent it out. We do not refund shipping charges for shipped orders under any circumstances.

If your order has been sent back to Curl Warehouse because your shipping address was incorrect, we can re-ship it to you after issuing an invoice for the re-shipment charge and receiving a corrected address. If you choose to have your order re-shipped, we will cover the return cost with your carrier. This is usually the same as your original shipping cost.

If you'd prefer a refund, your initial shipping cost and your return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. These fees have already been paid to the carrier (e.g., Canada Post, UPS) and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct. You can find your shipping address on your checkout screen, order confirmation screen, and in your order confirmation email. Please email us immediately if you spot an error so it can be corrected prior to shipping.

If you have received an email regarding a refund, please allow 3-7 business days for it to appear back on your original payment method. If this has passed and it has not appeared, please send us an email at hello@curlwarehouse.com.
