Shipping + Returns


Curl Warehouse only ships orders within Canada.

Most orders will be processed within 3 business days of receipt based on inventory availability. If your order will be delayed more our posted turn around time, we will contact you to let you know. Please allow extra time if you order during a large sale. Our current processing time is listed in your order confirmation email.

Curl Warehouse utilizes Canada Post and various Canadian couriers to ship your order based on the best rate and service available. You can select your preferred shipping option, including local Calgary pick up, at checkout. All of our shipping rates are calculated - the rate you see is the rate we are charged to ship your order. We cover the cost of the box and packaging materials, as required, to ensure that you pay the lowest amount possible to get your order to you.

Local Pick Up

Local pick up is located at 526 42 Ave SE in Calgary, AB. You can select "Local Pick Up" at checkout to pick your order up in person during our opening hours. Please visit this page for opening hours. You'll receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Cancelling an Order

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number at as soon as possible. 


Our policy return policy is active for 14 days from the date your package is marked as received by the courier or Canada Post. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Seals or safety caps must not be broken or removed.

We do not accept returns of used products. If a product is returned to a store, it is thrown in the garbage. The process of trying a product and returning it used is responsible for thousands of pounds of garbage added to the landfill every year. Curl Warehouse will not be part of this problem and we encourage our customers to try travel sizes first, if possible. If a product is not to your liking, you can try selling it to another curly person on one of the several Canadian curly buy/sell/trade groups on Facebook. Chances are someone else will be happy to take it off your hands!

To complete your return, we require a copy of your order receipt or order number.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Products that have been used are not eligible for any refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Products must be returned in brand new, re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that credits may take up to 7 days to appear on your payment account.

We do not exchange items. An item returned to us will be refunded based on the original payment method or a credit for the value of the item will be issued. This credit can be applied to future orders with Curl Warehouse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your entire order, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund even if your order qualified for free shipping. You will receive a refund for the value of the product only.

Late or missing refunds
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you haven’t received a refund and it has been more than two weeks since we confirmed your refund is on its way, contact your credit card company.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. This includes items purchased with a discount coupon.

Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at to let us know that you are returning a damaged item.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will generate a coupon code or gift card attached to your email address. You can use this code at any point in the future to add a credit to your order for the value of the item you returned.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, regular return/refund policies apply. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your entire order, the cost of your initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mail and will not issue a refund for an item that does not arrive back at Curl Warehouse.
