Specially formulated for thick or coarse hair, Liquid Effects can be used as a foundational product beneath or with other AG products. Long-lasting hold, incredible shine and humidity resistant, this alcohol-free lotion is loaded with proteins to bring back elasticity, strength and natural curl to your hair. A little dab instantly firms up and increases the hold on any of AG's other styling products, adding additional humidity resistance.

AG has updated this product from Extra Firm Styling Lotion, to Extra Firm Styling Gel, to Medium-Hold Weightless Styling Gel. You may receive any version of these until all of the older packaging is gone.

This was previously described as a "styling lotion" by AG but we're glad they're now calling it a gel - that's definitely a more accurate description!
