Curl Warehouse introduces the Curated Mystery Box, filled with up to 6 travel-sized products valued at a minimum of $65 Canadian.
Personalized Box: one of our knowledgeable staff members will put together a box JUST FOR YOU with things they think your hair will love. They'll also include product information, application tips, and details on why they chose these products specifically for your curls based on your questionnaire responses. Please ensure you complete the Mystery Box questionnaire within 24 hours of placing your order if you choose the personalized option! The more information you give us, the better fit your products are likely to be for your hair.
Customer Favourites: Products that are most popular with Curl Warehouse customers. These will be a mix of fan-favourite products, and the ones customers return to us for again and again. These boxes are not personalized, no questionnaire is required.
Be sure to use the same email address at checkout if you've purchased from us before, so we can make sure we're not sending you something you've already tried.

Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, in the same building as our store! We also ship US-based orders from Sweetgrass, Montana, USA via a freight forwarder. There are no taxes, duties, tariffs, or other surprise charges on any of our shipments, so what you pay at checkout is what you pay.
