CW says... Tiny white crystals are naturally occurring in mango butter, but you can reduce the chance of them forming if your product is kept at a consistent temperature. To get rid of any formed crystals, Original Moxie suggests microwaving without the lid in 30 second intervals until it is liquified, then cool in the freezer until it is solid again.
