After your regular wash routine, apply all over the hair, from root to tip. For a quick soothing boost, leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. For a deep soothing treatment, leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

We haven't marked this product as CG approved due to the witch hazel, which often contains denatured alcohol. However, the amount of alcohol found in this product is extremely small. All of the other beneficial ingredients more than balance it out if you aren't super strict with your CG Method.
