This multi-tasking oil protects your hair from sun and chlorine, tames frizz, and can be used as a pre-poo or hot oil treatment. Formulated with oils of Tangerine, Papaya, Avocado and Watermelon, Flora & Curl's Protect Me Citrus Superfruit Radiance Oil helps your hair retain moisture and look healthy and shiny without greasiness. The selection of African Saharan plant oils in this product, such as Jojoba, Kalahari, Crambe and Baobab, were especially chosen for their antioxidant and UV-protective properties make this oil a fantastic choice for daily hair protection.

Flora & Curl's packaging is made of aluminum, which is infinitely recyclable (woohoo!) but is quite soft and prone to denting. We discount any that are significantly damaged but please expect minor dents even in brand new, full priced bottles. We will not accept returns or refunds for the sole reason of dented bottles. If you are giving the product as a gift, please let us know and we will check available inventory to find one that is the least dented.

Instantly Add Shine and Reduce Frizz: Apply a few drops, and warm oil between your palms and apply unto clean wet or dry hair to seal ends and add shine. Use on finished style to add shine and softness.

Therapeutic Scalp Massage: To absorb all the active benefits in the oil, apply oil starting from the scalp (take a deep breath while breathing in the therapeutic aroma, that will calm your nerves, and relieve stress) massage into hair/scalp to stimulate the hair follicles. Cover hair with plastic cap. Let sit for 30 minutes or overnight.

Bonus Tips: Use as a pre-poo treatment by applying it to sections of your hair. Place a shower cap for 30 minutes then proceed to shampoo. Prep-poo is an extra step in wash day to protect your natural oils against moisture loss, breakage and the stripping effect during the shampoo process. You can also add a few drops to your favorite shampoo or deep conditioner to impart extra softness, moisture, and promote healthier hair.

Sun / Sea / Water Protection: Generously apply oil to hair to coat the hair shaft. Twist hair up in individual sections and you are good to go!
