TreLuxe's Hi! Definition Gel was in 2nd place last year and has claimed the top spot in 2025! Out-selling products from many bigger brands, this gel has been the top-selling product (not accessory) for 5 years in a row.
The Bounce Curl Define EdgeLift Brush slipped out of the top spot this year, but is still holding strong as our most popular accessory by a landslide.
Dethroning Innersense Organic Beauty's I Create Hold for the first time, Bounce Curl's Avocado & Rose Oil Clump & Define Cream takes the third spot. I Create Hold just missed out on the top 3 this year, coming in 4th.
Top Curly Hair Brands 2025
Based on our in-store and online sales, we sold the most in dollar value of these three brands:
Last year's winner, Innersense Organic Beauty, took the top spot again in 2025. Bounce Curl and Curlsmith have traded places, with Bounce Curl now sitting in second position, largely thanks to the continued success of the Define EdgeLift Brush.

Most Anticipated Product 2025
Rizos Curls new Curl Custard was the most requested product at Curl Warehouse in 2025. There wasn't too long of a wait between its release in the USA and having it on our shelves, but we received many inquiries about it in the meantime!
Top Trends in Curly Hair 2025
We saw many brands release foams this year, including two popular Canadian brands, LUS Brands | Love Ur Curls and Design.Me. Volume never goes out of style!
Hair health was also an ongoing trend, with brands like Flora & Curl releasing their new Strengthen Me line.
What Do We Expect in 2026?
We expect to see more innovation in 2026 from all of your favourite brands - fresh takes on accessories, product types, and ingredients.
Fragrance-free and unscented products are always gaining in popularity, with brands like Curlsmith and Innersense Organic Beauty offering new unscented products this year. Curlsmith also started listing more of their fragrance ingredients for further transparency in their scented products. It's likely that this trend will continue as brands cater to sensitivities and increased awareness around fragrance ingredients.
Clean hair care continues to be a popular category, with brands like Jessicurl and Curlsmith making minor formulation changes in 2025 to include different preservatives from their original formulas. We're sure to see more of this in 2026!
